Wild Alaska Black Cod, or Sablefish in 20, 30, or 40lb cases.
Black Cod is a whitefish like no other. Rich, buttery, and loaded with Omega 3 Fatty acids, if you haven’t tried it yet, now is a great time! Because of its high oil content, Black Cod is very easy to prepare without overcooking, or drying out. And just like all of our wild fish, there are many great preparations.
Select your option, all black cod is packaged bone in, skin on;
REGULAR portions are cut from 3-5 lb fish, .63 - 1.2 lbs/individual package
SMALL portions are cut from 3-5 lb fish, .3 - .62 lbs/individual package
DELUXE portions are cut from 5-7 lb fish giving you a thicker portion, .63 - 1.2 lbs/individual package
TAIL portions are just what it sounds like - just the tail pieces, which means fewer to no bones. Each ~1 lb package may include 2 to many tails pieces.
FULL FILLET - 1 case of 39 lbs available, cut from 3-5 lb fish, .8 - 1 3 lbs per full fillet
