This fish is prepared “H&G”, which is headed and gutted. This means you receive a minimally handled, clean, gutless and headless fish, ready for whole roasting, grilling, or filleting.
*Our H&G Black Cod is “glazed” to seal in moisture and flavor. This glaze contains corn syrup from corn. The glaze melts and rinses off when thawed and does not affect the flavor. Please consider if you have a corn sensitivity or food allergy.*
