20, 30, or 40 pounds of wild, hand caught, 100% traceable Alaskan Sockeye Salmon, from the Taku & Alsek Rivers, also known as red salmon.
Red’s are well known for the brilliant red hue that the fillet maintains even after cooking. They are full of healthy protein and omega-3’s, and vitamin D. Sockeye salmon has a very high oil content making it difficult to overcook. Try your hand at baking, poaching, smoking, roasting, & grilling, or sushi & sashimi!
Our sockeye full fillets (also called a “full side”) range from .8 - 1.2 lbs/ package. Our sockeye portions range from .63 to 1.2 pounds per package. Each tasty portion is individually vacuum packed, flash frozen, and packaged with care by our expert crew. Skin on, bone in.
