Derek Stewart started fishing with his Uncle Steve when he was 10 and uses that knowledge in his own fishing endeavor. He is a lifelong Pelican resident and a third-generation fishermen.

Now a married man, Derek often takes his beautiful wife Danielle fishing with him for some much needed time “off the island”.

Some day he hopes to pass his skills down to his own children and the next generation. He is proud to be a part of building this family business and looks forward to providing a top quality seafood product for many years to come.
