Bits are the small pieces we have left after 1 lb. portions are cut. No reason to waste all these delicious little pieces - they’re great for frying, chowder, or braising.
This deep water fish has a beautiful spotted skin, and on the inside, it’s is a lean and mild whitefish with large flakes and a medium to firm texture. Our fishermen catch each one with sustainable hook and line methods, and clean and bleed them right after pulling them out of the ocean.
Nutritional Information - packed with omega-3’s, vitamin B12 & A, potassium, calcium, & selenium, and high in protein, very low in fat.
Lingcod is sustainably managed and fished from the wild waters of Alaska by our local fishermen.
Each ~ 1 lb. bag is individually vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. From our 2024 season.
