Red’s are well known for the brilliant red hue that the fillet maintains even after cooking. They are full of healthy protein and omega-3’s, and vitamin D. Because of the high oil content, it’s difficult to overcook Red salmon, so try your hand at baking, poaching, smoking, roasting, & grilling!

Our portions range from .63 to 1.3 pounds per package. Each tasty portion is individually vacuum packed, flash frozen, and packaged with care by our expert crew.
